Peter Van Dam

Peter Van Dam is the founder of Audio Video Consulting LLC most known as AVC, a media service company based in the United Arab Emirates, which is focused on revolutionary end-to-end cloud-based broadcasting.

At a young age, Peter pursued his interest in technicalities of audio and video and this led him to opportunities to work on new founded and existing companies in Europe and the Middle East and arise to a competitive international level. His passion for learning, restructuring and implementing new technologies in the area of industry drew him to form his own company, AVC. Peter is fascinated to challenge the traditional and believes in growth and innovation.

Before devoting his work fulltime with AVC, Peter worked as co-founder of Ampli Television Sound (ATS), Belgium. More recently he was Chief Technical Officer at Alamiya Media, Saudi Arabia prior to which he was Director of Technology at Abu Dhabi Media, UAE. Recently, he has handled several events such as the Champions League Finals, Summer Olympics, the football World Cup, FIFA Club World Cup, and NFL Superbowl among others.

Peter has been residing in the UAE for the last 15 years now and is working for broadcast clients across domestic and international markets.
